Reflective Meditation

Self Care

Direct Thinking

Take a sheet of paper and put a circle in the middle with the words

‘My Body’ clearly written in it.

Then simply think about this subject. Any words, images, ideas and so on that come to you as you think as one-pointedly as possible about this subject, put on lines radiating out from this circle.

When you feel you have exhausted your thoughts on the subject of ‘My Body', continue for at least another five minutes. This allows you to delve deeper than you normally might, accessing deeper recesses of your mind. Your knowledge of the subject, through this kind of reflection, is stretched.
